DOES HAIR ATTRACTION CREATE CUSTOM UNITS WITH HAIR FROM OTHER SOURCES?

Unfortunately, we only create custom units using hair from our brand. We aspire to give purchasers the best results by using our top quality hair. By using hair from only our brand, we can assure quality, longevity, and a great experience.

 

ARE HAIR ATTRACTION UNITS ALL ONE SIZE?

when creating a custom unit we always give the option of picking your desired cap size ranging from (21"-24"). We don't believe in "One Size Fits All" However we do believe in 22" being the average size cap that fits MOST. When a unit is already created and available for purchase it will most likely by the average size of a 22" or will state otherwise.

 

DO YOU BLEACH THE KNOTS ON THE LACE?

We bleach all knots on our units wether its custom, pre-made, or already created. however, if you are only interested in purchasing a lace closure or frontal we ship the products unbleached.

 

DOES HAIR ATTRACTION REQUIRE PROOF OF MY PURCHASE?

Yes, Hair Attraction requires proof of purchase by filling out our "Wig Contract" once a unit is purchased. If you are only purchasing hair extensions, we do not require the proof of purchase via Wig Contract. 

 

IS THE WIG CONTRACT NECESSARY?

The "Wig Contract Agreement" is absolutely necessary! It is put in place to cover both customer and brand. We like to protect our consumers by ensuring that someone is not being fraudulent on their behalf. Also, the contract helps us understand what look you want us to accomplish when creating your unit. It asked detailed questions about your purchase and head security.

 

IF A UNIT IS ALREADY AVAILABLE AND READY FOR PICKUP, DO I STILL HAVE TO FILL OUT THE WIG CONTRACT AGREEMENT?

yes.

 

DO YOU CONSTRUCT GLUE-LESS FRONTAL UNITS?

Hair Attraction does construct glue-less frontal units. However, please be advised that the "glue-less" term when talking about frontals generally means it can be applied without the use of adhesive. In most cases, the side of the clueless frontal unit would still need to be held down with the use of Holding Spray, Got2b Gel, Or babyHair & Foaming Lotion.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A CUSTOM UNIT?

Generally, for custom units without any additives (color, cut) it takes a minimum of 7 business days and a maximum of 10 business days. For units with additives, it typically takes a minimum of 7 business days and a maximum of 14 business days. Please be cautious that it only one person creating all units. also, please be aware that we have to wait on products such as (color, caps etc.) via mail due to COVID-19.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, we not not accept refunds or exchanges of any sorts after the unit is already started or product is already shipped for the following reasons: 

- Hygiene and Sanitation of the unit once it is picked-up/shipped to consumer

- COVID-19 & Illnesses That the consumer may be aware/unaware of

- Product Waste : since we are a small business, we do not wish to waste any product of any sorts. if the unit has already started being created we do not issue refunds.

- Unit Complications that may arise once the consumer has custody of the unit.

Although we don't accept refunds or exchanges, we strive to ensure the customers satisfaction prior to receiving the unit/product!

 

ARE ALL OF YOUR CLOSURE UNITS GLUE-LESS?

Majority of our closure units can be used with out the stress of adhesives or holding spray. we construct our closure units with a "toss on toss off" effect. if you would like more security you can use non adhesives such as holding spray, gel , or setting foam.

 

WILL MY UNIT SLIDE OFF?

We use an elastic band and combs to secure the unit in place. Your unit will not slide off.

 

WHEN WILL MY TRACKING NUMBER BE SENT OUT?

All tracking numbers will be sent out 24h-48h after product or unit is fulfilled. All customers will be contacted immediately once the tracking numbers are updated.
